Description
Hey guise, dis my otp. Arnie and Christine! 8DDDD
All fangirlism aside-- Christine was the first Stephen King book I read, and is probably one of the reasons I continued to read his other books. [I'd be hard pressed to find one I haven't read--working on his newest one right now]
So yeah, obviously this is...unfinished. First I drew it on paper, then I took a picture of it with my tablet and worked on the sketchbook app on there, and then I transferred it to Photoshop Touch or whatever. I had to mess with proportions a bit--I accidentally drew Christine more Bel Air-ish than Fury-ish [hence photoshop]. Glad I did, because I discovered how amazing the spray tool is with the flow drastically reduced. I had no intentions of shading this in any way--it was going to go out as flat as a 10 year old girl's chest [yea, nice comparison pedobear]. BUT THEN--SPRAY TOOL. And hooolllyyyyyy faaahhhhhkkkk now I can shade/highlight my pictures in confidence. About 10 minutes to draw, than about 4-5 hours to switch over to the tablet, line, reline, color, recolor, switch to PS, mess with the background, mess with the proportions, highlight, and shade. :I
Arnie got some shading too, but the problem is that I can only reduce the pixel size of the brush by so much, and I'm too lazy to make the overall picture bigger. So he is a lot less detailed than I would've preferred. But he doesn't get a shadow. >:I Nope.
Also, don't look at his shoes [guaranteeing you will stare at them extra hard]. I did not get around to those--I wanted to see what he was wearing in the movie.
Now, on my tablet, the colors were more saturated with red, which is how I want them to be. On my computer, they went pinkish. So if the heart looks more of a hot pink than a red pink, that is not the color I wanted it at all. DX
Christine is supposed to be following him in this picture, so I gotta find a way to make it look like she's moving. But if I do that, will it look like she's trying to pulverize him...? Dunno.
OOOOO--I'm sooooo going to go back and make that heart look like blood. *makes note to self* Makes more sense than pink.
And the best part about this OTP--ITS TOTES CANON GUISE!!!!11!!1!~~~~~~<3<3<3
So once I fix the heart, a few lines here and there, and a few colors--I'll be finished.
I don't see a lot of the both of them on here--then again, it was quite a cursory glance--but I can understand completely. Humans, amirite? Lucky for you, I have experience in drawing humans AND cars!!!11!!!!111!!!111!!!! And will probably draw the two of them again. Heh heh heh. <3
